New campaign urges retailers to go tobacco-free


Now that retailers like CVS, Wegmans, and Target have stopped selling tobacco products, the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids is launching a first-of-its-kind national campaign that informs consumers about a retailer’s policy on tobacco sales, encourages them to shop at tobacco-free retailers and urges other retailers to end tobacco sales.

Campaign president Matthew Myers spoke with us this morning about this new initiative.
