PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- On Monday, the City of Portland will decide if e-cigarettes will be banned from public places.
The city already prohibits lighting up traditional cigarettes in public parks and restaurants, this ordinance would add "vapors" to the list.
Local vapor shop owners say the devices have been a major asset in helping people wean off of cigarettes and this ban has the possibility of pushing some recovering addicts back the other way.
