NEW TECUMSETH - A Tottenham gas station won't be able to sell tobacco for the next six months after being charged under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act.

The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit served a notice of prohibition to the operators of the AMCO station on Queen Street as a result of repeated tobacco sales to minors in contravention of the act.
