HALF of Delhi's schoolkids use tobacco, study finds

If your children seem depressed, be wary. They might develop a craving for tobacco, thinking it would help them get some relief.

A recent study carried out by the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) has found that at least half the school student population in Delhi consumes tobacco in some form.

The survey, which claims that high consumption of tobacco among school children is on the rise, says stress is a major cause that urges them to consume tobacco products.
