NEW ORLEANS -- $1.6 billion is the number that continues to keep Louisiana legislatures up at night.
"Myself and other legislatures are losing a lot of sleep and it's pretty anxious times because we don't have the revenue to fill this massive deficit It's kind of like trying to make a pot of gumbo with no ingredients, you just can't do it," said La. District 100 Representative Austin Badon.
