16 Arizona stores overcharge for tobacco products

Employees with the state Department of Weights and Measures conducted unannounced inspections from March 3 to March 19 of 44 convenience stores, smoke shops and truck stops.

They say 16 were found to be charging more than the advertised price for products such as cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, chewing tobacco and cigars.
